Property Portfolio Management Ltd is a family-owned business specialising in the management of private investors portfolio requirements, group investment funds and sourcing & acquiring land, residential, commercial, investment and development properties.

The company has managed its own property portfolios specialising in HMO, SA, single site buy to flip and buy to let strategies in North West London, as well as North East England, successfully for the last 4 years.

We also represent a small group of clients (never more than 4) providing sourcing, portfolio building, project management and joint venture solutions to both private investors and Group investment funds

The development of the company’s own property portfolio provides the experience and enables us to develop innovative value add strategies that deliver both wealth through asset appreciation and cashflow due to, often, double-digit yields.

We do not advertise our services preferring to build relationships through collaboration with long term business partners and clients and can offer everything from a simple search and select service through to a full turnkey buy and build property portfolio offering or land development project.
